Refunds & Returns:

We want all our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If your item arrives with damage or a physical issue, we offer a full refund within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund, the item must be in the same condition it was received, with no additional damage, misuse, or modifications. Pictures must be supplied be supplied of the damaged item within 7 days of receiving the order.

Please note that refunds are only provided for faulty, damaged, or physically defective items. We are unable to offer refunds if a customer decides they do not like the colour, design, or other physical characteristics of the machine after receiving it. We encourage customers to carefully review the product details and images before placing an order.

In some cases, exchanges may be accommodated within 7 days of delivery, depending on the situation. Exchanges will be arranged only after a discussion with our team and once an agreement has been reached. Our goal is to work with you to find the best possible solution if there is an issue with your order.

If you experience any problems with your items after delivery, please contact our support team as soon as possible so we can assist you and guide you through the return or exchange process.
